Purpose
The purpose of the project is to adequately evaluate and map the automatization and digitalization of the company's processes in order to figure out effective solutions to better them.
Goal
The digitalisation roadmap is a company’s strategic document that assesses the level of digitalisation within the company, plans for eliminating bottlenecks related to necessary investments, and evaluates their profitability and impact on the company’s financial performance. The digitalisation action plan also includes a 3-year plan for implementing digitalisation.

Project 20.1.01.25-1099 "Seria Haldus OÜ digipööre" digitalisation grant
As part of the project, data exchange within the company will be digitalised and automated, an automated production device will be acquired, and it will be integrated into the company’s ERP software with the aim of improving production and management processes. The amount of support is 106,488.90 €, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
Project period: 01. April 2025 – 31. May 2026.
